Subscription Delivery
Ozillo Studio offers digital subscription services. When you purchase a subscription, it is activated on your account immediately and you can start using it right away.
- Subscriptions activate immediately upon purchase
- No physical products are shipped
- All payments are processed securely through Paddle
- Subscription periods run monthly or yearly from the payment date
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period
- For example, if you purchased on January 15 and cancel on February 10, access continues until February 15
- Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current period ends
- Access to the service stops when the subscription period ends
- No refund is issued after cancellation
How to Cancel
Cancel from your account settings at studio.ozillo.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Auto-Renewal
If auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription renews at the end of each billing period and the fee is charged to your payment method. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings before the next billing date.
Refunds
Because subscription services are digital content delivered immediately, refunds are not available once a subscription period has started. You may cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal for the next billing period.
